AALA – The Ambient Assisted Living Association (Brussels, Belgium)
The Ambient Assisted Living Association (AALA) (http://www.aal-europe.eu) is the implementation body of the AAL Programme, a cooperation between the European Union and 21 Partner States. The Members of the Association are funding authorities and agencies from the Partner States. The AAL Programme is the funding activity that aims to create better conditions of life for the older adults and to strengthen the industrial opportunities in Europe through the use of ICT and ICT-based solutions. It carries out its mandate through the funding of across-national projects that involve small and medium enterprises, research bodies and end users. The operational management tasks of the AAL Programme are carried out by the Central Management Unit (CMU) which is located in Brussels and in close cooperation with the AALA Member Organizations.
To take on the lead of the CMU, we are currently looking for a: DIRECTOR (M/F) With excellent strategic, people management and networking skills.
