SUMMARY:AGE-WELL: EPIC Conference 2020 - every Tuesday and Thursday in June
DESCRIPTION:One of Canada’s brightest and best emerging researchers in AgeTech “AGE-WELL“ is organizing the EPIC Conference 2020\, which is an opportunity for participants to share their research\, highlight their potential impact and connect with colleagues. The aim of AGE-WELL is to help older Canadians maintain their independence\, health and quality of life through technologies and services that increase their safety and security\, support their independent living\, and enhance their social participation. \n  \nWithin the EPIC Conference 2020\, there will be a total of 8 virtual sessions every Tuesday and Thursday in June. Each session will involve 2 streams of presentations – a traditional oral presentation and a Twitter conference presentation. DESCRIPTION:Das Leben aller hat sich 2020 insbesondere durch Covid-19 – sowohl privat als auch beruflich – verändert. Deshalb steht die diesjährige e-Health Tagung der ADV am 25. Juni 2020 unter dem Motto „e-Health 2020 – first lessons learned durch Covid-19“. \n  \nDie virtuelle Veranstaltung gibt aus der Sicht unterschiedlicher Stakeholder einen Überblick über neue Entwicklungen und Gelerntes. Darüber hinaus werden neueste Tools und Anwendungen präsentiert und diskutiert. Im Fokus der Diskussionen stehen dabei die Themen Telehealth\, Gesundheit aus Sicht der Bevölkerung und künstliche Intelligenz im Gesundheitswesen. \n  \nDie Zielgruppe der Veranstaltung sind EntscheidungsträgerInnen des österreichischen Gesundheitswesens\, aus Politik und Verwaltung\, Gesundheitspersonal\, VertreterInnen Medizinischer Hochschulen\, der Sozial- und Privatversicherungen sowie der Patientenanwaltschaft und -vertretung. \n  \nAAL AUSTRIA selbst wird bei der Gestaltung und Durchführung der Veranstaltung mitwirken und es wird einen eigenen Block mit AAL-Produkt-Pitches geben.
