SUMMARY:Ideenworkshop - Digitale Delegation in Pflege und Betreuung
DESCRIPTION:Die Delegation von Aufgaben im Pflege- und Betreuungsbereich besonders an Laien und Freiwillige ist eine komplexe Herausforderung. Rechtliche Anforderungen\, Zeitknappheit\, Personalmangel\, Dokumentationserfordernisse\, unterschiedliche Kommunikationskanäle und der Fokus auf Qualität und Sicherheit sowie das Ziel die bestmögliche Lösung für die zu betreuende Person zu finden\, sind nicht einfach unter einen Hut zu bringen. \nGenau dafür wurde das Projekt „Digitale Delegation“ gestartet\, in dessen Kontext ein Prototyp entwickelt wird\, der Delegation unkompliziert ermöglichen soll. Ein solches Vorhaben kann nur gelingen\, wenn viele verschiedene Sichtweisen und Erfahrungshintergründe in den Prozess eingebracht werden. Deshalb findet am 3. Mai 2022\, 11:00 – 18:00 Uhr\, ein kostenloser Online-Ideenworkshop statt. \nInteressent*innen sind eingeladen\, sich bei dieser Veranstaltung mit ihrer Expertise und ihren Erfahrungen einzubringen.
