SUMMARY:Chips JU Consultation Workshop Calls 2026: From Chips to Healthcare Services
DESCRIPTION:The Chips Joint Undertaking is organising a series of workshops to explore topics for potential inclusion in the Work Programme 2026. Among topics under consideration is an Innovation Action (IA) topic “From Chips to Healthcare Services”. The workshop will be held online on Friday\, 12 September from 10:00 – 12:30.  \nThe vision of this call topic is based on the collaborative involvement of diverse stakeholders across the electronics and healthcare ecosystems and aims to implement innovative healthcare solutions that emphasise prevention\, swift recovery\, and personalised treatment\, encapsulating the holistic approach of P4 medicine (Predictive\, Preventive\, Personalised\, and Participatory). The core motivation behind this shift is to improve health outcomes while optimising healthcare resources\, thus effectively addressing the challenges posed by an aging population\, by the healthcare systems\, and the increasing prevalence of chronic conditions. \nThe workshop aims to gather insights into the needs\, challenges\, and priorities of relevant stakeholders in moving “from chips to healthcare services”\, including technology providers and industry representatives to doctors\, care givers\, healthcare practitioners and patients.\nThe session will be introduced by representatives from the European Commission\, Chips JU\, and feature contributions from relevant industry associations.\nAll interested organisations are welcome to join. SUMMARY:Planetary Health Konferenz 2025
DESCRIPTION:Die Hauptkonferenz „Planetary Health – Klima und Gesundheit im Dialog“ findet von 18. bis 19. September 2025 in Pinkafeld statt und wird vom Department Gesundheit & Soziales der Hochschule Burgenland in Kooperation mit Netzwerkpartner*innen organisiert. \nDie Konferenz dient als Plattform\, um Awareness zu stärken und eine Transformation sowie Dissemination für klimakompetentes Handeln in einem nachhaltigen Gesundheitssystem einzuleiten.  Die Integration der gesundheitsbezogenen Klimakompetenz in die Aus-\, Fort- und Weiterbildung von Gesundheitsberufen sowie die Zukunft eines klimaresilienten Gesundheitssystems werden diskutiert und Disseminationsansätze für die Planetary Health Charta 2030 aufgezeigt. \nDie Veranstaltung bietet ein zukunftsweisendes Forum für Vertreter*innen der Gesundheitsberufe\, Expert*innen\, Praktiker*innen aus den Bereichen Gesundheitsedukation und Klima sowie Lehrende der Gesundheitsberufe.
