The Smart Ageing Prize is a lean process to identify promising solutions using ICT for active ageing. The prize process supports selected applications to develop their business through small financial incentives and mentoring, and will award winners with prizes totalling €50,000. The Prize will be open to individuals, groups or organisations from all over Europe.
The theme of the 2nd AAL Challenge Prize will be related to social participation and quality of life, aiming to enhance the networks and social experiences of older adults in the real world through innovative digital technologies. It will be announced on the 15th of November.
